What Data is in the On Sale List?

Here’s a look at what data is in the Ticket Reselling On Sale List.

Each row in the database represents an opportunity to purchase tickets, either during a public on-sale or during a presale. This means that one event could be listed several times in the database and could be included over several days. This is done so that you are given every opportunity to purchase tickets during presales and during the on-sale for an event.

Now we’ll cover the basic columns and data found in the On Sale List so that you are familiar with the system. There is a lot of information available, and we’ve been very careful to include relevant and useful data to help you choose which events you will invest in.

Event Basics

Event Name

The event name. Click on it to load the On Sale Report in a new tab.

You can also search by event name to view other tour stops or games on the schedule.

Venue

Where the event is at.

You can search by venue name in the search bar to view other events at the same venue.

City

What city the event is in.

You can search by city in the search bar to view other events at the same venue.

State

What state or province the event is in.

You can filter your search to only show events in certain states or provinces with the search filters.

Ticket Provider/Buy Face Value Tickets

Box Office Fox publishes tickets going on sale soon at:

• Ticketmaster
• Live Nation
• eTix
• Venue Box Office
• Tickets.com
• Ticketweb
• AXS

Click the ticket provider icon to buy face value tickets. In some cases if you are using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet you may be redirected to the app that corresponds to the box office.

Dates & Times

On Sale/Presale Date

The day tickets go on sale or presale.

On Sale/Presale Time

The time of day tickets go on sale or presale.

Times are displayed in your local time. You can switch your timezone from your My Account page.

Event Date

The date and day of the week the event is scheduled to occur. Some events do not have a set time, TBA or To Be Announced events are sometimes sold before a schedule is finalized such as for a sporting event.

Presale Passwords

Presale passwords can be found in the “Sale Type & Code” column.

Sale Type & Code

This column shows different information depending on the event:

Public On Sale

This is when tickets go on sale to the general public.

Presale Type

This is the presale type allotment.

Different presales have different allotments. Presale types can be Platinum Presales, Credit Card presales, radio station, venue, Spotify,  American Express, or Citibank presales to name a few.

Presale Code

The presale password for the event can be found in this column. When a presale password is available, it will show up under the “Sale Type & Code” column. Presale passwords appear in green.

You can search by presale type in the search bar to view other events with the same presale type, or use the “Type” filter.

When we have a presale password posted, it will look like this.

Click on a password to copy it to your clipboard and copy and paste it on the event page to buy presale tickets.

Enter your Presale Password on the event page to unlock presale access.

What is a Presale Password?

Presale passwords help you unlock presale access to buy tickets before the general public.

Different types of presale can be held by fan clubs, credit card companies, radio stations, venues and more.

Each presale will have it’s own ticket allotment, presale date and time, and require its own presale password to buy tickets before the general public on-sale.

When Do You Publish Presale Passwords?

We have a dedicated team that is constantly searching social media sites, email newsletters, and a variety of sources, to bring you hundreds of presale passwords all in one place.

We post presale passwords as soon as we get them, but they are usually posted closer to when tickets go on presale. If we don’t have a password posted yet, make sure to check back closer to the presale time.

The clock icon means we are waiting on a presale password, so check back shortly before the presale begins for the presale code.

Please note that we do not provide unique/paid fan club, season ticket holder/membership passwords. In those circumstances you will need to be a paying member to receive a unique code for presale access.

Venue Capacities

The approximate capacity the venue is.

Remember, the seating configuration can and will vary for each venue.

You can filter your search to show events happening at certain venue sizes with the range slider filter.

Face Value Ticket Prices

How much face value ticket prices are.

Keep in mind this can vary when tickets are dynamically priced.

You can filter your search to show events in a specific price range with the range slider filter.
