Crypta is a Brazilian death metal band from São Paulo, formed in 2019. The band was founded by vocalist and bassist Fernanda Lira, drummer Luana Dametto, and guitarists Tainá Bergamaschi and Sonia Nusselder. The band's current lineup comprises Lira, Dametto, Bergamaschi, and guitarist Victoria Villarreal, who initially joined as a touring musician in 2025 before joining the band permanently in 2026. Guitarist Jéssica di Falchi, who is a former member of the band, had also joined as a touring musician. Prior to forming Crypta, Lira and Dametto had previously been members of the thrash metal band Nervosa.
