Marisela Esqueda (born April 24, 1966), known professionally as Marisela, is an American singer and songwriter, also known as "La Dama de Hierro" ('The Iron Lady'). She achieved commercial success in the 1980s with her debut album, Sin Él, which debuted at #16 on the first Billboard Latin Albums Chart[1]. She has achieved a long career in Latin music.[2][need quotation to verify]
